This notice explains how personal information is handled when you use the FundingFunnel chat or continue an enquiry that begins there.<\/p>\n<h2>Who is responsible for your information<\/h2>\n<p>Lian Munday is responsible for how personal information is handled for FundingFunnel. If you have a question about your information or want to exercise your data protection rights, contact <a href=\"mailto:lian@fundingfunnel.co.uk\">lian@fundingfunnel.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>Information we may collect<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on what you ask Pete to help with, we may collect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your name and contact details<\/li>\n<li>your postcode<\/li>\n<li>the messages you send in the chat<\/li>\n<li>details about the household services you want help with<\/li>\n<li>information from bills or documents you choose to provide<\/li>\n<li>information needed to prepare a personal Utility Warehouse quote when you ask us to do so<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.<\/p>\n<h2>How your information is used<\/h2>\n<p>We use the information you provide to respond to your questions, understand what help you are looking for, continue your enquiry, prepare a quote or review when requested, and arrange an introduction to a relevant provider where appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>Pete may use automated or AI-assisted features within the systems FundingFunnel uses to help answer questions and route enquiries. Pete does not make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.<\/p>\n<h2>Our lawful basis<\/h2>\n<p>We process personal information only where UK data protection law allows us to. Depending on the circumstances, this may be because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in responding to and managing enquiries, because you have asked us to take steps before providing a service or quote, or because you have given consent where consent is required.<\/p>\n<h2>Who may process or receive your information<\/h2>\n<p>We do not sell or rent personal information.<\/p>\n<p>HubSpot and other service providers used to operate our chat, email, website and business systems may process information on our behalf. Where a provider processes information for us, we require it to be handled appropriately and securely.<\/p>\n<p>If you ask Lian to prepare a Utility Warehouse quote, relevant information may be entered into Utility Warehouse systems for that purpose. Information may be shared with another independent provider only where this is needed to carry out something you have asked us to do, or where you have agreed to the introduction.<\/p>\n<h2>International processing<\/h2>\n<p>Some of the technology providers we use may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for international transfers.<\/p>\n<h2>How long we keep information<\/h2>\n<p>We keep chat and enquiry information only for as long as it is needed to manage the enquiry, maintain necessary business records and meet legal or administrative requirements.<\/p>\n<p>If you provide household bills for a Utility Warehouse review, they are retained until Lian has spoken with you or for 30 days, whichever is sooner. If you return later, fresh bills may be requested because the information and any previous quote may be out of date.<\/p>\n<h2>Cookies and chat technology<\/h2>\n<p>The systems used to provide the FundingFunnel chat may use cookies or similar technology needed to operate the chat, maintain a session and remember relevant choices. Any non-essential cookies should be controlled in line with the applicable cookie settings.<\/p>\n<h2>Your data protection rights<\/h2>\n<p>Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to ask for access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to certain processing. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.<\/p>\n<p>To make a request, email <a href=\"mailto:lian@fundingfunnel.co.uk\">lian@fundingfunnel.co.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner&#8217;s Office if you are unhappy with how your personal information has been handled.
