Does everything always end up with you?
See what needs clearer ownership, what is draining time or cash, and what deserves attention first.
60-minute phone consultation
Questionnaire, preparation, consultation, written prioritised report and follow-up call included.
When everything lands back on one person, the problem is rarely just workload.
Cash, admin, sales, suppliers and everyday decisions can become connected in ways that are hard to see while you are inside the business.
One review. A clearer order of action.
We look across the business rather than treating one symptom in isolation. The aim is to identify where work, money or decisions are getting stuck, then put the useful changes into a sensible order.
No subscription. No ongoing commitment.
Everything needed to make the hour useful.
- Pre-call questionnaireSo we start with context, not introductions.
- Research and preparationYour answers are reviewed before we speak.
- 60-minute phone consultationFocused on what is actually happening in the business.
- Written prioritised reportWhat matters first, what can wait and why.
- Follow-up callTo work through the findings and clarify the priorities.
- Supplier-payment review where relevantIncluded rather than treated as an automatic extra.
From booking to a clear order of action.
Not a giant list of jobs.
What is getting in the way
The operational, cash and workload issues the review can substantiate.
What matters first
A practical priority order based on impact, effort and dependency.
What can wait
Things that may be imperfect but do not deserve your attention yet.
No favourite software. No forced supplier change.
My background sits across finance, operational process and commercial systems. The review looks at the connections between the numbers, the work and the way the business actually runs.
If something needs a specialist outside the scope of the review, I will say so. Any later implementation or referral is separate from the £295 review.
More about meBefore you book.
Who is this designed for?
Owner-led small businesses, particularly businesses of around 1 to 10 people where the owner is still closely involved in the day-to-day operation.
Is the consultation in person?
No. The 60-minute consultation and follow-up are by phone, so there is no travel time or site visit to arrange.
Will you try to sell me software or change all my suppliers?
No. This is an independent diagnostic review. A recommendation should follow the problem, not the other way round. Where a supplier or specialist route is relevant, it will be identified clearly.
Is this financial, legal or accounting advice?
No. The review is operational and commercial in nature. It does not replace regulated financial advice, legal advice, tax advice or the work of your accountant.
